Is Freemasonry Right for You?
Freemasonry is the world's oldest and largest fraternal organization. It is open to men of all faiths, backgrounds, and walks of life who believe in a Supreme Being and wish to improve themselves while serving their community. We do not solicit members — a man must seek us of his own free will.
Requirements
Who May Petition
Be a man of good moral character
Freemasonry seeks men who live by high ethical standards and treat others with respect and dignity.
Believe in a Supreme Being
Freemasonry is not a religion, but a belief in a higher power is required of all petitioners.
Be at least 21 years of age
Candidates must be of legal adult age to petition for the degrees of Masonry.
Come of your own free will
No man should be persuaded or pressured to join. The desire must come from within.
The Process
How to Join
Step 01
Make Inquiry
Reach out to us by email or attend one of our open events to learn more about the lodge and Freemasonry.
Step 02
Submit a Petition
Complete a petition for membership, which will be reviewed and voted upon by the lodge members.
Step 03
Investigation
A committee of brothers will meet with you to learn more about your character and intentions.
Step 04
Receive the Degrees
Upon approval, you will receive the three degrees of Masonry — Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft, and Master Mason.
